Course Overview.
API Spec. Q2 was developed to address quality management systems for the service supply organizations for the upstream petroleum and natural gas industries.
This two-day course is designed for those individuals desiring to become internal or second party (i.e. vendor) auditors and other personnel responsible for their organization’s quality assurance department and its related activities. The course focuses on the application of the quality management principals in conducting an audit within the organization.
This course will help you to develop the skills needed to establish the audit criteria based on the elements of API Spec Q2 and ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, the course will teach you how to assess and report on the conformance and effective implementation of established processes, which will contribute to the continual improvement of a Quality Management System based on API Q2 and the new ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
At the end of the course, participants should have the knowledge and understanding of the following:

- Requests for cancellations/transfers received at least 5 business days before the start of the course receive a full refund/transfer.
- Requests received within 5 business days of the course start date will incur a $100 processing fee.
- After the course starts, there are no refunds or transfers.
- Registrants who fail to attend without advance notice are liable for the entire course fee.
If you cannot find a substitute, we can transfer your course fees to the same course in next offering.
