Course Overview.
AS 9120:2016 is also a Quality Management System (QMS) standard for parts & hardware distributers in aerospace industry. Though such organizations are not involved in manufacturing or repair activities but paly very important role in ensuring the only highest quality and OEM traceable parts are supplied to the aerospace companies and aircraft operators. AS 9120 includes specific requirements for parts traceability and ensuring counterfeit parts do not get in supply channel in aerospace industry.
AS9120 certification not only gives confidence to the buyers of parts and hardware items in aerospace industry but also helps building up a robust system to meet the requirements of ensuring authentic, high quality and traceable parts in the aerospace procurement and supply channels.
It is designed to help companies at many levels, including improving leadership, a focus on customer requirements, control of counterfeit parts, consideration of risk and finding ways to continually improve business processes and system.
The course is based on accelerated learning techniques and in this Internal Audit course there is extensive use of activities and case studies to understand the requirements of quality system auditing to the AS9120:2016 standard

PREREQUISITE
A prior review and knowledge of the AS 9120:2016 standard is required for this course. To bridge any knowledge gaps, We will provide pre-course material to help participants prepare for the course.
